Today, for the first time, Isabelle has been doing what I call real crawling. She isn’t army crawling on her belly (at least, not so much), but is on her hands and knees and GOING. Non-stop movement. Now we’ll see if we can really keep up with her!

August 27, 2008This week has been crazy. I’ve been exhausted. Sorry if you have been looking for me. Hopefully I’ll have something more for you later this week, but off to cleaning bottles I go!
No more fast for now
August 23, 2008Well, last night was really rough because I became lightheaded and dizzy. And then I realized that my milk supply was way down, and I have decided that it is because of the fast (not a whole lot of stress otherwise). I am not ready to wean Isabelle yet. And Zach has been having major tummy problems. It is such an abrupt change. However, we will continue to fast from some things. I will be fasting from sodas. Sorry, folks, if you are looking for encouragement. This nursing mom can’t cut it.
Isabelle has been bitten
August 21, 2008Wednesday at school, Isabelle was bit by a classmate. It made me very sad. Unfortunately, these things happen when little ones get together. It appeared that it might have been an accident. Unfortunately, this was a milestone I wish we could have missed. No skin was broken, so that is good.
She stood up in front of me using Zach as a prop this evening. We are so proud of her. I was so glad that I finally got to see it.
